There are many different kinds of calendars being actively used around the world and are basically of three types – solar, lunar and lunisolar/solilunar calendars.
The Chinese calendar is an example of a solilunar calendar with 12-year cycles, each related and named after a specific animal. The Chinese believe that people born in a particular year take on the characteristics of the animal associated with that year.
Do you want to hear the story weaved behind the Chinese calendar and learn how to paint with a Chinese brush? Are you curious about your chinese sign and your personality in the zodiac realm?! Join this one of a kind workshop and celebrate the Chinese New Year with us!
This is a unique experience which combines learning through stories and a hands-on activity! The price of the workshop is EUR 25 including all materials (chinese paper, ink and brushes), a surprise gift and your very own chinese calendar to bring home!
